I will be taking part in this year’s London to Paris 24hr Cycling Challenge for the Charity BEN starting on the 5th June 2015 in Blackheath Common Nr Greenwich (SE London). BEN is the UK’s dedicated charity for those who work, or have worked, in the automotive and related industries, as well as their dependants.
I am very fortunate to be in good health and appreciate those who are not need our help and support. My aim is raise support from all my friends & contacts within the independent sector to reach a minimum target of £2000 to aid this great and diverse charity.
I am seeking both individual and corporate sponsorship, with prominent advertising on my cycle wear for those who contribute generously! please contact Annette for details- annette@ads-global.co.uk
Cycling is an absolute passion of mine next to the Automotive industry of course! So my intention is to finish in style
The Training has begun!
2 Weeks done 19 to go.
I would like to thank all who are currently supporting my London to Paris 24hr charity ride, your response has been outstanding. We have raised over £600 on our Just giving Page and a further £600 on Jersey sponsorship!!
My training programme is going well, I have lost 5 kilo mainly due to a tough daily MTB commute. Preston has a 21 mile mainly off road périphérique, as they say in PARIS.
It’s not too technical but I ride it against the clock every day, much to the annoyance of dog walkers and kamikaze joggers. I’m running hope district lighting, military flights into nearby Warton can check final approach from my rear lights.
I intend to alternate road and MTB when the weather improves, forgot to tell you about my 6 bikes!
3 road 1 Fixed wheel 2 MTB! My best one lives in the spare bedroom, it’s a man thing!
More stories to come, more new sponsors welcome, don’t forget to sponsor my kit options, thanks for now see you all soon.

Wish me luck!
